Coaching Information: When you join a coaching program or request information, we collect your name, email, business/personal goals, and payment details.
QBHS Behavioral Health Information: For clients receiving Ohio QBHS services, we collect more sensitive data, including behavioral health history, progress notes, and specific life-functioning goals.
Technical Data: Like most modern sites, we collect IP addresses and site interaction data via Wix.com to ensure our platform is "ready to win" for our users.

How We Use Your Information

We process your data to:

Deliver Coaching Services: Providing the strategy, leadership tools, and resources found in our transformational coaching packages.
Deliver QBHS Services: Providing skill-building and behavioral support tailored to Ohio’s standards for behavioral health care.

General & Coaching Data: Hosted on Wix.com using secure, encrypted servers. Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant.
Clinical/QBHS Data: To ensure your privacy meets higher behavioral health standards, sensitive QBHS client files are stored on a separate, secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. This ensures your private health information is never mixed with general marketing or coaching data.

We may contact you for reasons including:

Account or order updates
Resolving technical or payment issues
Collecting feedback or conducting surveys
Sharing new offerings, including programs under The Family Made Mom
Fulfilling any legal or contractual obligations

Confidentiality & Mandated Reporting (Ohio)

Your privacy is our priority. However, as an Ohio Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist, I am a mandated reporter. I must disclose information to the appropriate authorities if:

There is a risk of imminent harm to yourself or others.
There is reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult.
I am required to do so by a valid court order or subpoena.

Communication & Your Rights

We may contact you via email or SMS for session reminders or billing. You have the right to:

Access & Correct: View or update your personal or coaching records.
Record Requests: Request copies of your QBHS records (subject to Ohio’s 7-year retention laws).
Opt-Out: Withdraw consent for communications at any time.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Given the regulated nature of QBHS services, we will notify active clients of any significant changes to how their health data is handled.
