Welcome to NBE Coaching & Consulting Co (operating at natiyamcfadden.com). By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided NBE Coaching & Consulting Co offers two distinct paths of service:

Transformational Coaching: Future-focused strategy, leadership development, and personal organization coaching.

Consultation Services: Specialized advisory for mom-owned small businesses and startups, and balancing business growth with family priority.

Ohio QBHS Services: Behavioral health skill-building and support for Ohio residents, provided in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 5122-29-30.
2. Professional Relationship & Scope

Not Therapy: You acknowledge that coaching sessions are not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or medical advice.

QBHS Limitations: While QBHS services are behavioral health-focused, they are not clinical "talk therapy." As an Ohio QBHS, I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

Client Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, including all choices and actions taken as a result of our sessions.
3. Payment & Investment

Rates: All fees for sessions and coaching packages are clearly listed at the time of booking.

Package Commitments: Certain promotional offers or specialized programs may require a minimum number of sessions.

Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable. If you wish to terminate a coaching agreement early, please refer to your specific signed contract for notice requirements.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations

24-Hour Rule: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited session or a full session fee.

Tardiness: If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure the next appointment begins on time.
5. Confidentiality & Ohio Law Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. However, as an Ohio QBHS, confidentiality is legally limited in cases of:

Imminent harm to yourself or others.

Suspicion of abuse/neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult.

Valid court order or subpoena.
6. Intellectual Property All content on natiyamcfadden.com—including blog posts, podcast content, and proprietary strategy worksheets—is the property of NBE Coaching & Consulting Co, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability NBE Coaching & Consulting Co. shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or our services. Your results depend on your own effort and implementation.
